Seed Oil Guide

About

Why we built this

Seed Oil Guide is an independent resource for people who want to eat without industrial seed oils, at home and at restaurants.

We started this because finding clear, honest information about seed oils was harder than it should be. Most of what's online is either vague influencer takes or academic papers that don't tell you what to actually order at Chipotle.

Our approach: read the actual ingredient lists, call restaurants when we have to, and write in plain language about what we find. We don't take money from brands for favorable reviews. Amazon affiliate links fund the site, we only link to products we'd actually use.

We're based in the US. Our restaurant reviews focus on major US cities. We update chain guides when menus change, which they do, often.
