Frequently asked questions
Are there seed oil free restaurants in Las Vegas?
Yes. El Dorado Cantina states directly on its own site that it doesn't use seed oils, cooking with wagyu beef tallow and palm oil instead, across multiple valley locations. Greens & Proteins (Downtown, since 2011) and Aubergine Kitchen (Southwest) both publish whole-menu no-seed-oil commitments. True Food Kitchen at Fashion Show Mall and Steak 'n Shake are both 100% seed-oil-free chain-wide. High Steaks Vegas at the Rio confirms garlic beef tallow for its fries. Sweetgreen, Cava, and Buffalo Wild Wings confirm specific seed-oil-free claims that don't cover every item. Flower Child's own nutritional guide confirms olive oil for one dish, but the restaurant has also confirmed using grapeseed oil (a seed oil) in other preparations.
